The Melody of Nature

ARTIST: Parastoo Ahovan

HOME: Iran

LOCATION: Field’s Grove, 5 Field Street

Sound is the vocabulary of nature.  The harmony and melody of nature is inspiration for my art.  In this piece, the movement of the metal parts inside the stone sculpture brings our attention to the music gifted to us by nature.
“If you look deep enough, you will see music; the heart of nature being everywhere music.”
